Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
Julian Andres Sepulveda Manchego (hereinafter referred to as Pickyourlab) is responsible for processing the USER's personal data. The processing of personal data is based on Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• User consent: for sending commercial communications and newsletters.

• Pickyourlab's legitimate interest: for conducting market research, statistical analysis and managing requests and orders submitted by the USER.

How long do we keep your personal data?
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected or for the period required by applicable legislation. Once the data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymised using appropriate measures to ensure complete destruction or anonymisation.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil the purposes of processing, such as working with service providers related to communications. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current data protection legislation.
